We know commissions are important. Along with all the other amazing benefits we offer, if you are Luxe Omni extended family you'll still get all the benefits of our brand, along with the competitive eXp commission plan. Below is a breakdown.

eXp Commission Information

 

Split Enjoy an 80% split until you pay in 16k, then you'll cap. Once capped you'll receive 100% of your commissions, until your eXp anniversary date. See below for special caps for various other structures. You can even get your $16k back! See below for more details!

Transaction Fees

With each transaction, you pay just $40 per sale until you reach $500 to cover your E&O. There is also a $25 broker review fee. Once you cap there is a $250 transaction fee for the next 20 transactions, which then reduces to $75.

Monthly Fees

$85 monthly dues for management + tech and a one time start up fee of $149.


Special Variations from Above

 

Spouses A legally married team can enjoy a combined cap of $16k.

Teams There are 2 tiers for teams:

 

Traditional Team Team leader has an 80/20 split with an $16,000 cap. Team members pay a minimum commission split of 25% to the team leader for all of their transactions in addition to contributing to their annual cap and fees. Requirements: $6m+ or 30+ transactions. Roster and team agreement required.

Mega Icon Team Team leader has an 80/20 split with an $16,000 cap. Combined minimum cap of $56k. Team members pay a minimum commission split of 25% to the team leader for all of their transactions in addition to contributing to their annual cap and fees. Requirements: $40m+ or 175+ transactions. Roster and team agreement required.


 

ICON Agent

Agents have the opportunity to earn $16k per year in publicly traded eXp stock.

To be eligible to receive stock awards, Agents will need to have met all of the following requirements: ​ 1. Production Based: ▪ Option #1: Agent reaches an $16,000 commission cap and then sells another twenty homes (paying $5k in transaction fees) during their anniversary year. ▪ Option #2: Agent generates annual $500k in AGCI, closes a minimum of ten transactions, and pays in any difference remaining in the qualifying fee. ($5k in transaction fees.) ($8,000)


2. Cultural Requirements: â–ª Earn 20 points through various mentorship and training opportunities. ($4,000)


3. Participation Award: â–ª Attend the eXp Convention and a Regional Rally each year. ($4,000)

 

REVENUE SHARE

Partner with eXp and share in the benefits!


Below is the eXp revenue setup. A major incentive for agents, and existing teams and brokerages to join is that you aren't committing to pay thousands in upfront or ongoing franchise fees or sign any type of long-term agreement, while also benefiting from the brand, benefits, and culture.

eXp takes care of all the compliance, insurance, paperwork, 1099's, staff, etc.

It's truly a no-brainer!
